Couldn't find axle big enough (130mm)

Making it little bit more round shape

All the parts that I will need

Two become one. Welded together

It's time to make it really round shape

After some heavy turning and several broken tool bits

Now the chuck should fit in

Internal left handed threads and my lathe doesn't have that kind of feature (yet).
Have to do somekind of...device

And it's fits perfectly

It's quite accurate (about -/+ 0,03mm)
